General conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to: “Adventure in Thailand” (www.adventureinthailand.com).

Payments

Adventure in Thailand is a Travel Agent, payments are not made through our website. Online payments are made at the tour operator(s) website(s) using secure and reliable payment processing services or via bank wire transfers. Adventure in Thailand as Travel Agent, get a commission from the tour operator(s), and the price will never increase.

Inscription

  • Cruises: Deposit – 50% of Cruise Fee payable at time of booking.
  • Balance of Cruise Fee, 30 Days before departure date.
  • 4WD and Enduro Tours 5,000 THB Deposit.
  • Balance of 4WD and Enduro Tour Fee, 30 Days before departure date.

Services

Cruises

The Yachts used are insured against accidents and third party liability, but responsibility is not accepted for personal accidents, damage or loss due to client’s negligence.

The clients understand that they must declare that they are fit to participate in the course details of any medical condition suffered that may affect them while sailing or medical treatment being currently received.

4×4 and Enduro Tour

Price does not include:

  • Flight tickets.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Beverage drink.
  • Jeep damage deductible excess deposit 15,000 Baht max.
  • Bike damage deductible excess deposit 5,000 Baht max.
  • Elephant riding and rafting is optional during tour.
  • Travel and medical insurance.

Modifications

Cruises

In the event of a course being cancelled by the tour operator due to circumstances beyond their control or weather or other safety considerations, tour operator’s liability will be limited to the return of the fees and deposits already paid.

Should clients fail to attend, the tour operator may hold all deposits paid.

Should payments fail to be made by the appropriate date, the contract may be cancelled with the operator entitled to hold any funds paid.
4×4 and Enduro Tour

In case of cancellation: If the client has to cancel his trip, money paid will be refunded subject to the following deductions:

Penalties:

  • 20% of the price of the trip if it is cancelled between 59 and 30 day before the date of travel.
  • 60% of the amount of the trip if it is cancelled between 29 and 8 days before the date of exit of the trip.
  • 100% of the price of the trip if it is cancelled within 7 days before the date of exit .

Cancellations must be in writing. (for example, via email)
